Refund & Cancellation Policy

We believe in transparent booking policies. This document details refund rules for cancellations initiated by customers or operators.

1. Customer Initiated Cancellations

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the travel date receive a 100% refund.
• Cancellations made between 24-48 hours receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of reporting times are non-refundable.

2. Weather & Safety Cancellations

If paragliding, river rafting, or high-altitude trekking is suspended by operators due to heavy rain, thunderstorms, or tailwind safety limits, customers will be offered a full refund or free rescheduling options.
